1. Service Description
This website offers online Spanish lessons through one-to-one classes.
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and is conducted via Google Meet.
2. Booking System
All lessons must be booked in advance through the online calendar available on the website.
Students are encouraged to book in advance to secure their preferred time slots.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Payments are made exclusively by credit/debit card through the booking platform.
There are no automatic subscriptions:
👉 students only pay for the lessons or lesson packs they purchase
👉 once used, no automatic renewals or future bookings will be generated
4. Lesson Packs
Lesson packs:
- Do not expire
- Can be used flexibly depending on availability
Students are advised to book multiple lessons in advance to ensure availability in their preferred time slots.
The platform does not automatically store future bookings, so students are responsible for managing their own reservations.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or changes are not allowed with less than 12 hours’ notice
- Lessons cancelled or modified within this period will be considered used
If the teacher needs to reschedule a lesson:
- The student will be notified in advance
- Alternative dates and times will be offered for the student to choose from
6. Punctuality
Students are expected to be on time.
Lessons will start and end at the scheduled time, regardless of any delay on the student’s side.
7. Technical Issues
- If technical or connection issues are caused by the student, the lesson will be considered completed and non-refundable
- If the issue is caused by the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost
8. Liability
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet.
The teacher shall not be held responsible for interruptions caused by external factors beyond her control.
9. Group Classes (Future Service)
Group lessons are not currently available.
However, students interested in group classes may contact the teacher via email providing:
- Their Spanish level
- Their availability
- Preferred number of lessons per week
This information will be used to organize small groups of approximately 4 students.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a lesson, the student expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
